What type of copier/printer can I use?
•Copiers/printers with oil-fusing can print virtually all transfers (CopyFUN Blue, Grey, Black, Yellow, White, Labels, Orange and Black).

Which copy settings should I use for my transfers?
•In general you can use heavy paper for your transfers unless the instructions for use determine otherwise.
•We recommend using the setting for normal paper for copiers/printers with hot fusing.
•Certain copiers/printers are pigheaded, and you

Why is the transfer damaged when it comes out of the copier/printer?
•Check the temperature and paper settings again.
•The paper is not suitable for your copier/printer.

Do you also sell T-shirts?
Yes, our range, however, is limited to white and black Gildan T-shirts. For other kind of fabrics please contact Basic Technical Paper.

Which formats do your transfers have?
•A3 and A4 formats.
•Ink jet and sublimation transfer paper can also be purchased in rolls of 20 metres.

What are your payment conditions? Can I pay on account?
•Your first order is sent COD or collected from your credit card as standard. You can purchase on account from your second order.
•You can settle the amount within 30 days after receiving the invoice as standard.

How can I make a good transfer?
3 important points to ensure good transfers: TPT: Temperature, Pressure, Time.

Which temperature is the best to print on textile?
You can transfer correctly at 190° C. This will also give good release from the transfer paper.

Which is the best pressure that I can use?
•White and light fabrics: as high as possible (at least 4 bar)
•Darker and Black fabrics: medium pressure (3-4 bar)
•Hard materials: as high as possible (at least 4 bar)

What time should I apply?
•Light cotton fabrics 20-25 seconds
•Darker cotton fabrics 25 seconds
•Metal and aluminium 120 seconds (with an A-Pad)
•Wood and cardboard 10 seconds (without an A-Pad)
•Polyester 6 seconds

The transfer paper does not let loose easily from the article to be printed

Can you also peel off the transfer paper of CopyFUN transfers when cold?
No, all CopyFUN transfers must be peeled off when hot (hot-peel).

What is an A-pad and when is it used?
An A-pad is a rubber mat that must be used for products that require a longer transfer time such as with pottery, aluminium and metal. The rubber mat protects the sharpness of the images.

• Always keep zippers and buttons outside the press.
• Double-sided transferring. It is important that the already printed side is not damaged or becomes stuck to the bottom of the press when double-sided transferring. We recommend using a somewhat greas

How many times can a transfer be washed?
Transfer printing is not screen printing. Your image may wear by 3% to a maximum of 40% with every wash. The more press pressure you use, the better your image will have penetrated into your fabric which means that the image will stay in place longer.

How long can i keep the quality as good as possible?
Observe the following washing instructions to ensure the quality is kept on a high level as long as possible.
• Delicate wash (inside out)
• Temperature 30/40°C
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not spin dry
• Do not dry clean
